Meditation Camp organized at COP-BELA

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (An Autonomous College), BELA (Ropar) organized a meditation camp for the faculty on 04 January 2023, on the beginning of the New Year. College Director Dr. Shailesh Sharma welcomed Ms. Meera Ji and Mr. Bharat Jyoti Kundhra Ji from Osho Dhara Nawanshar.

In this camp, Mr. Bharat Jyoti Kundhra introduced the methods of meditation to all the faculty members to relieve stress and the chief moderator of the camp Ms. Meera Ji , explained the different ways to live happily to all the staff members. On this occasion, all the staff members expressed their views regarding meditation camp. In last, the director of the college Dr. Shailesh Sharma expressed thanks to the visiting guests and all the staff members and gave greetings on the New Year.
