International Yoga Day Celebrated at COP-BELA



Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela, (An Autonomous College) celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Students, faculty members, and staff actively participated in the yoga session and performed various asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. The participants were encouraged to adopt yoga as a regular practice for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing stress effectively. On this occasion, Director Dr. Shailesh Sharma highlighted the benefits of yoga, stating that regular practice improves physical fitness, mental peace, concentration, and overall health. He emphasized that yoga helps individuals achieve balance in life and contributes to building a healthier society. The programme was organized by Dr. Sandeep Kumar and Dr. Suman Lata to promote awareness about the importance of yoga for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The programme concluded with a message encouraging everyone to make yoga a part of their daily routine for holistic well-being and a healthier future.
