Essay Writing Competition On the occasion of the 400th birth anniversary of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela (Ropar) on 01 May 2021 conducted an online essay writing competition on the life of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji. In which about 50 students of different semesters of Pharmacy College were participated.

The students wrote very well in their own way about the life, teachings and incomparable martyrdom of Guru Sahib Ji and submitted their essays to the college through online method and after evaluating these essays, Ms. Jaskiran Kaur and Ms. Akansha Singh, B. Pharm 8th semester students of Pharmacy, won first prize and on 02nd place Ms. Sukhveer Kaur of B. Pharmacy 4th Semester and on 3rd place MS. Jasmine Randhawa of B. Pharmacy 04th semester.

hsbThe director of the college, Dr. Shailesh Sharma called on the team coordinator Mr. Satnam Singh and MS. Simranjit Kaur Lohat thanked and the students and added that due to the unparalleled martyrdom of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, they are called 'Hind Di Chadar'. Therefore, it is very important to convey the message of national unity to the current generation.
