September 5, 2017 TEACHER'S DAY

On Tuesday, 5th September 2017 Teacher's Day was celebrated in Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela, Ropar(PB). The function was organized by the College of Pharmacy and at this event PG College ASBASJSM College, Bela and Maharani Satinder Kaur Modern Senior Secondary School were invited in the celebrations of this auspicious day. During this occasion the Senior Vice President of College Committee S. Sangat Singh Longia, Manager S. Sukhwinder Singh Whisky, Pharmacy President Dr. Bhag Singh Bola, Secretary S. Davinder Singh Jattana, Principal Degree College S. Surmukh Singh, S. Gyan Singh, Dr. Kirpal Singh and Director Pharmacy College Dr. Shailesh Sharma marked their presence and shared their views on Teacher’s Day. They also presented their tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (First Vice president and Second President of India) who gave us perfect definition of a teacher. The members made the present faculty aware about upcoming projects and ideas for betterment of the Institute. The motivated speeches not only boosted the spirits of faculty present during the program but also they were asked to be dedicated towards their profession and make studying in the Institute a great experience for students. The joint efforts of faculty and committee members made the day memorable. The idea of S. Sukhwinder Singh Whisky to celebrate this day was highly appreciated by everyone. Overall, the function was complete success and the faculty member's looks forward to have similar events to be held in the Institute.
