Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela organized a freshers party to welcome B. Pharm and M. Pharm first semester students.

Chief Guest Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Hon. Vice Chancellor, Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, and Guest of Honour, Sardar Manminder Singh, DSP, Chamkaur Sahib inaugurated the Freshers welcome- “Pharma Beat-2010” by lighting traditional lamp.

The students presented cultural items from Punjabi folks to western dance, Solo and Group performances. Mr. and Ms. Freshers were selected from B. Pharm., and M. Pharm. classes by the Jury members on the basis of various talent parameters. The Chief Guest Crowned Mr. Fresher B. Pharm and M. Pharm and Ms. Fresher B. Pharm and M. Pharm respectively winners along with a certificate.

The function was compared by students.

S. Rajbans Kaur, Dr. Bhag singh Bola, S. Jagjit Singh, Prof. M.S. Dhillon, S. Harminder Singh, S. Sukhwinder Singh Whisky and other managing committee members, other invited guests, staff members and students were also present.
