Demise of Founder Director Prof. (Dr.) R. L. Gupta

Prof. (Dr.) R.L. Gupta founder Director and Principle of COP BELA, served the institute after his superannuation from Punjab University for about 16 years. Dr. Gupta served UIPS, PU Chandigarh, for over 33 years, left for his heavenly abode on 17th March, 2019. Former Dean of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, not only a dedicated teacher but also prolific researcher and nice human being. The staff, Committee Members and students observed two minute silence as a mark of respect and prayed for peaceful sojourn of departed soul. The committee members also shared grief and sorrow of bereaved family.
