DIWALI MELA

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, BELA (Ropar) actively participated in Ropar Diwali Mela (21^st and 22^nd Oct). This fest was well organized by Red Cross Society and DC Office, Ropar. In the mela more than 30 senior secondary schools and 7 colleges were participated. Here College of Pharmacy, BELA make a stall for FIRST AID Facility and give a brief knowledge about pharmacy profession to school students. The Mela and Stall was inaugurated by District Commisnor, Ropar.

The cultural competition was organised in which Mr. Gurpreet Singh (B.Pharm. V Sem) received Second Prize in Costume. Mr. Amrik Singh (B. Pharm. VII Sem) secured Third Prize in Solo Dance Competition.

 In Fancy Dress competition of Children Master Vaibhav Jaitak Brother of Ms. Priyanka (Lecturer, Computer) received second Prize. In Healthy Baby Show Master Jagrit Garg Son of Dr. Rajeev Garg and Ms. Anjali Garg also received second prize. 

The programme was co-ordinated by Mr. Shailesh Sharma and Ms. Priyanka. On these achievements Director of College Prof. (Dr.) G. D. Gupta congratulated all the students for their great success.
