Commencement of AICTE Sponsored STTP.

The weekly short term training program sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi starts at Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela was inaugurated by Dr. Shailendra Saraf, Vice President, Pharmacy Council of India. In his address, he said that teachers in the field of pharmacy should focus on quality of education and give more emphasis on continuous learning. The keynote speaker Dr. Harish Dureja, M.D.U. Rotak explained about computer edited drug design and Dr. Om. Silakri elaborated on the drug research in computer aided drug design in their sessions. The director of the college, Dr. Shailesh Sharma welcomed the guests and all the participants and briefed them about the ongoing activities in the college. Dr. Monica Gupta Co-ordinator of STTP, enlighten on the entire program. About 275 pharmacy teachers participated in the online virtual STTP program. The head of the departments of the college, Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Dr. Satnam Singh and Dr. Ajay Singh Khushwah Dr. Sumanlata were present on the occasion. Manpreet Kaur well organized the stage of program.
