Blood donation camp organized.

The management committee of Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College, Bela (Ropar) organized a blood donation camp in association with Guru Kirpa Blood Center, Bijendra Multi Specialty Hospital, Ropar. This blood donation camp was organized in the memory of great martyr S. Bhagat Singh. All the students, teachers and locals of College Bela donated blood in large numbers. More than 70 units of blood were collected. The Director of the College of Dr. Shailesh Sharma inaugurated the camp by offering flowers to Bhagat Singh Ji. During the camp, Dr. Gurwinder Singh's from Guru Kirpa Blood Center Bijendra Multi Specialty Hospital, Ropar and his team collected the blood of the volunteers after a thorough medical examination.

Dr. Shailesh Sharma said that blood donation is a noble cause which helps the needy and sick patients. Dr. Satwant Kaur Shahi encouraged the students, and said that every healthy person should donate blood at least once in their lifetime.
