Bela Pharmacy College Achieves Milestone with Patent Approval

In a groundbreaking achievement, Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (Autonomous) has received a patent for its innovative formulation, "Formulation of Transdermal Patch from Nanosupended Drug for treatment of Wounds". Developed by a team led by Dr. Shailesh Sharma, along with Dr. Neelam Sharma, Dr. Rahul Kumar Sharma, Ms. Punjam Gaba, Ms. Akanksha Singh and industrial partner Dr. Praveen Kumar, this dosage form is designed for the treatment of wounds. Following regulatory approval, the formulation will be made available to patients. The college management committee has congratulated the faculty members on this achievement and wishes them continued success in their future research endeavors. This patent marks a significant milestone for the college, highlighting its commitment to innovative research and development in the field of pharmacy.
