Faculty Development Program

ASBASJSM College of Pharmacy organized the Faculty Development Program on "Classroom Teaching, Attitude of Teachers & General Strategies to Increase the Effectiveness of Classes" on July 20, 2018. In the morning session Brahama Kumari Anju Didi delivered a nice and meaningful talk on stress management and time management. She explained her experience in meaningful words. She put natural examples to clear the thoughts of mind. In the post lunch session of FDP, Learned Faculty of NiTTR, Chandigarh Er. Amandeep Kaur explained the role of faculty in active teaching and learning technology. She well elaborated the difference between the Teacher and Faculty. She give their views on how to improve the learning and teaching methodology.
