National Innovation Day Observed at COPBELA

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (An Autonomous College) conducted a webinar to celebrate "National Innovation Day". The National Innovation day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President of India, Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. This program is organized by the Innovation cell of the institute and SPICE Scheme. The director of the college welcomed the Main Speaker Dr. Tapan Behl, students and the staff members. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Sharma shared the contribution of Dr. Kalam insightful thoughts on innovation so that creative students continue to draw inspiration from his spirit and the guest speaker Dr. Tapan Behl shared some innovation and innovative ideas to the students on the topic “Escalating Role of Pharmacogenomics and DNA Microarray in Pharma”. More than 158 students participated in this program. Session was ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Amanpreet Kaur and the program was well organized by Ms. Chamnpreet Kaur.
