National E-Presentation Competition on Startups and Innovation Ideas

Amar Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela, successfully organized a National-level E-Presentation competition focused on "Startup with Innovation Ideas," attracting participation from over 30 colleges and universities across India. The event provided a platform for students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and innovative concepts. In total, more than 80 abstracts were received for the startup ideas, demonstrating the immense interest and creativity from students across the country.

The competition was coordinated by Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Ms. Medha Bhalla, and Ms. Barsha Deb, who ensured the smooth execution of the event. A total of eight prizes were awarded to the top performers, highlighting the diverse range of creative ideas that emerged from across the nation. The competition was a tremendous success, providing a platform for young minds to present their innovative ideas and contribute to the evolving startup landscape in India. The event not only fostered creativity but also encouraged students to think critically and entrepreneurially, marking it as a significant step toward promoting innovation in the field of pharmacy and beyond.

The first position was secured by Sudarshan Kumar from ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, and Lovish Sharma from Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, who presented ground breaking startup ideas. The second position was claimed by Neeraj Kumar Pandey from Guru Kashi University, Bathinda, and Kajal Gupta from Maharaja Vinayak Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Their innovative concepts were highly appreciated by the panel of judges. The third position was awarded to Shivani Nileshbhai Jani from Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar, Gujarat, and Miss Foram R. Sathwara from Smt. S.M. Shah Pharmacy College, Ahmedabad. Their creative ideas stood out for their feasibility and impact on the startup ecosystem.

In addition, two consolation prizes were awarded to Mansi Sharma from Maharaja Vinayak Global University, Jaipur, and Subhadip Maity from ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, for their commendable presentations. Dr. Shailesh Sharma, the esteemed Director of the College, congratulated the coordinators, judges, and students for their hard work and dedication, recognizing the success of the event and the innovative ideas presented. His words of encouragement highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering creativity and entrepreneurship among young minds.
